Asked for my wife by name, older woman voice, changed to young man when she took the call. Never found out what they called about.
This number 646-798-8400 was set-up on my Spectrum account to simultaneously ring. I deleted it and it was reinstated, so I deleted it again. I did NOT set this up on my account for simultaneous ring. Spectrum added unlimited long distance calling without my knowledge or approval. I have since tried to contact them to delete this feature as I DO NOT use it. It is a package deal "created" on my account. I did not get this feature that I have been paying for several months. If I do not get it removed I will be forced to remove the service completely.
Safe to answer, caller is "Lennox Hill Radiology" confirming appointment
The number shows up on my phone bill as an outgoing phone call. Every day for a month. Sometimes several times a day. I don't recognize this number and have never called it. Believe that my WiFi has been hacked and these hackers are remotely using my home telephone for other calls.

Caller provided job information related to me and indicated she would send me info to my work email that she recited to me accurately. No email followed. When I tried to call back I got a message that there was an issue with the transfer. English was used but definitely not her first language. She was very difficult to understand.
