He is texting me i haven't received a call but according to him his name is william and he is a oil engineer from a oil company and its asking for a gift card so i can get 500 in return.
Said he was from Dell computer and that my computer was not accepting updates. I assume they are trying to get me to allow them access to my computer. When I said I didn't understand why Dell would call me about this, he hung up.
