703-439-1079: calls at least 10 times a day until about 8:30pm. Navient Scam.
703-439-1044 called my home at 9:30pm and I asked them not to call back. 703-739-1044 then called back the same night at 10:45pm. I asked them not to call back and the gentleman told me they have State Permits to call. I've since blocked their calls since they ignore requests to not call and call late at night.

Not sure who it is that is calling, They call several times a day and NEVER leave a message. I don't answer calls unless I know the caller or recognize the number, even local numbers can't be trusted sometimes. very annoying!
