Got call asking for an employee that does not work in our office, said they were calling from Anthem insurance and wanted her personal contact info. Insurances do not ask for personal information on employees when updating their websites.
Caller ID said BPO Accenture. Marsha asked for a trucking insurance certificate when we were disconnected. I tried calling back multiple times, but you need a 7 digit extension number. There is no menu or contact list option when calling. Something seems fishy.. especially as they haven't called back for the cert.

Call the health system I work for and told me I had to update some kind of system then swore at me in Arabic. Said his name was Jay (highly doubt it) and he was calling from Aetna. Of course he said the call was being recorded for quality assurance but I don’t think that was the case.
He talked like his mouth was full of dicks, I couldn't understand him
