When I answer there is nothing there. Kinda like a set up for future callings and time checking.
Repeated calls (like over 12 in 2 weeks) from some Small Business Cooperative who "has an agent in our area on Monday and it will only take 5 minutes”. Will not take ‘No' for an answer. How can we report them to the FCC.
These jerks have been calling my office phone for at least 3 months once and sometimes twice daily. I don't know anyone with that number and I never answer.

I’ve gotten about 2 dozen calls from different #’s in about 2 weeks from a middle eastern accent person claiming to be able to give me up to 50% off my AT&T/Directv account bill.
