Threatens legal action to recover a pay day loan from 7 years ago. Robo Call announces "this is an attempt to collect a debt and to contact Mutual Recovery. Agent claims they are a mediation group and not a debt collector but are clearly trying to collect a debt. As a mediation group they are not required to send you a debt verification letter and are not bound by FTC laws.
State they are a mediation company not a debt collector, trying to collect a debt.... will not provide verification of debt, won't provide contact information. This outfit is a scam.
