Middle man for a third party debt collector. Uses scare tactics and violates the TCPA laws. Every call is a robo call, usually multiple times in a row daily.
Threatens legal action to recover a pay day loan from 7 years ago. Robo Call announces "this is an attempt to collect a debt and to contact Mutual Recovery. Agent claims they are a mediation group and not a debt collector but are clearly trying to collect a debt. As a mediation group they are not required to send you a debt verification letter and are not bound by FTC laws.
