Do Not Call & Robocall Complaints Reported to the FTC

Got unwanted call from 800-450-9236?

User Comments

I called 1-800-450-9236 for issues of Microsoft . Called to discuss my husband, James email account or any other issues from Microsoft. The reason I called it was that I needed a new Email Address for a application I was filling out to get a loan. For the loan they required two email addresses. My husband has never had an email address. Called 1-800-450-9236 on 1-14-2019 and spoke to a Technician by the name of David Warner. In order to get help to create an email address for my husband the fee was $149.99 and it was good for 3 months of support and fixation. They deducted the $149.99 out of my checking account. The support and fixation would expire on 4-14-2019. They gave me a Customer ID# ASN2012 so when I would call for a problem I needed to give them my Customer ID #. They were able to give me an email address with Outlook. My husband has never went into his email to check if there was anything. This is a scam. I live in Louisiana.
