Scam.
Someone called my elderly father, telling him his electricity was going to be cut off in 30 minutes unless he paid a "past due" amount of $400. The caller gave this # to my father as a "contact" number. May or may not have anything to do with the actual owner of the #, but wanted to post this here in case someone else has the same experience!
