Only 4 complaints? 800notes.com had three PAGES' worth of them, dating back a DECADE. Recent ones said it was a car warranty robocall scam (in the past it's been everything from "Government Tracking" to credit card phishing expeditions, apparently). Caller ID came up as "Potential Spam" but the phone didn't ring, I don't think (YAY!). Thought "555" calls were only on TV shows.... Stupee spammers.
"Important Call" is what Caller ID was showing; no message left. Is it me, or are scammers not even trying anymore? I posted a screenshot on Instagram so people see the number and have a good laugh while they're ignoring their "important call".
The Caller says your SSN is suspended and I need to press 1 to continue. I hung up immediately.
"Your social security number is suspended because of fraudulent activity"
