I also got a call from that # with caller ID Oceanic Digital and refer to from your computer technical team and this is a service call regarding the new security update. Than later he mention that is a maintenance call of your computer. Never heard that business before and what ever he talking about sure sound like a scam. Glad I it was a miss call with voce mail. Wonder he would say if I mention I never call anyone for a maintenance call & only a scam would make such a call. Is this the new tech support scam with knowing a problem before owner of that computer know. SCAM ALERT! I'm any more refuse to answer an unknow # from a unknown business
this number is a third party warranty company. they are not part of spectrum, but cover any carrier. they also offer wifi support and home security.
Accidentally dialed 1 800 707 7328 instead of 1 855 707 7328 and this is spectrum impersonators. They would not allow me to talk they just kept firing account user questions. They finished every sentence with a strong recommendation of ‘account protection’ for $150 for 3 years. They mentioned it 3 times and wouldn’t allow me to speak. I realized what was happening so I hung up on that squeaky voice bitch.
Called twice in one day, left a muffled message or sound and hung up. ID said Care Credit, which is a legitimate company.
This robocaller states that your social security payment has been stopped and they want you to press one on your phone to contact them to straighten it out.
Called saying there was a court ordered freeze on bank account claim from their "processing department"

YEs spectrum impersonators. They got my phone number name and zip code from me....yikes. I have blocked them So beware when you are dialing the spectrum number. Spectrum is not 800 but 855. I just put spectrum in my contact list so I never make that mistake again.
