YEs spectrum impersonators. They got my phone number name and zip code from me....yikes. I have blocked them So beware when you are dialing the spectrum number. Spectrum is not 800 but 855. I just put spectrum in my contact list so I never make that mistake again.
this number is a third party warranty company. they are not part of spectrum, but cover any carrier. they also offer wifi support and home security.
Accidentally dialed 1 800 707 7328 instead of 1 855 707 7328 and this is spectrum impersonators. They would not allow me to talk they just kept firing account user questions. They finished every sentence with a strong recommendation of ‘account protection’ for $150 for 3 years. They mentioned it 3 times and wouldn’t allow me to speak. I realized what was happening so I hung up on that squeaky voice bitch.
