start saying they are my current internet provider but didn't even say what company. after i hung up they called again and said they are from AT&T but i am not even using AT&T. complete scam call.
I have a customer from Spectrum who files an offical complaint on the sales agent who pretended to be a direct salesperson.
Posed as a representative from the Social Security Administration. Said someone was using my credit card in Texas and they asked for all mu identifying information. Sounded like an Asian accent.
