Called with a "case" reference a payday lender from years ago. Said they were attorneys; a lie. Said they had court papers to serve the next day; a lie. beware they are feloniously misrepresenting themselves as officers of the court

called stating there was a legal case against me that papers were sent to my home and I did not respond I did not receive any letters. They stated they would be serving me with papers etc. They gave my birthdate and last four of my social. Concerned that if they have that information they could scam me.

They call me every few months diff case numbers different debt total fraud they get nasty and say fine we'll tell the lawyers blah blah blah.
