The number that calls is different than the one the recorded message gives as a call back number. Message says they're calling on behalf of Cigna. Sounds like some kind of scam/spam to me.
Left msg about work from home to earn money for data entry. Log online to complete an application. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list.

called to schedule appointment for a cleaning. They called a day ahead like they said they would. I confirmed for the following day. No one showed, with no phone call. The next Monday, they called to follow up, calling me an asshole, telling me that I had given them a fake address, and telling me how they tried calling multiple times during the appointment, with no phone calls made.
