called to schedule appointment for a cleaning. They called a day ahead like they said they would. I confirmed for the following day. No one showed, with no phone call. The next Monday, they called to follow up, calling me an asshole, telling me that I had given them a fake address, and telling me how they tried calling multiple times during the appointment, with no phone calls made.
