This company, now known as Creative Info, posts its number on a website that people assume is a help number for Apple or ICloud. They do actually do something helpful, but then demand lots of money from your checking account for a long-term contract. They're NOT from ICloud or Google -- they're a company based in LasVegas, but operating from India, and may possibly be a scam looking for access to your computer.
Didn't recognize the number. Answered by speaking in German. The idiot on the other end just didn't know what to say or do and finally hung up.
