This company, now known as Creative Info, posts its number on a website that people assume is a help number for Apple or ICloud. They do actually do something helpful, but then demand lots of money from your checking account for a long-term contract. They're NOT from ICloud or Google -- they're a company based in LasVegas, but operating from India, and may possibly be a scam looking for access to your computer.
