They said I would not have to pay my next bill. I called AT&T and they had NEVER heard of the ebay card promotion SCAM SCAM SCAM
"Hi dear i'm calling you from AT&T DIRECTTV to let you know that your existing account is call at five451st and tom in order to e able to discounts kindly call us back at 866-618-5710 from 8am till 5 pm if it's standard time thank you and have a great day." The call came from 866-626-6311. You can tell they used voice clips through the entire message.
