Call for a generic name asking to review information for a sweepstakes I did not enter.
I recieved the same information as everyone else. I don't use checks either so I don't understand. What in the world they are talking about?

Got a text from a MA number like above. "We have a notice from State Collection Service, a debt collector. Please call 8668019276 or visit our website at https://www.statecollectionservice.com/paymybill/. Reply YES for info or STOP to end." Clicking the link give says payments mailed to WI....so....which "state" is this a collection for, cause I haven't lived in either....
