Got a text from a MA number like above. "We have a notice from State Collection Service, a debt collector. Please call 8668019276 or visit our website at https://www.statecollectionservice.com/paymybill/. Reply YES for info or STOP to end." Clicking the link give says payments mailed to WI....so....which "state" is this a collection for, cause I haven't lived in either....

Reply YES for info or STOP to end. My suggestion - BLOCK NUMBER!!!!! I do not owe any money to anyone. I pay all my bills on time all the time!!!
