Got unwanted call from 877-897-7939?
They called me about student loan forgiveness and know a lot of my personal information which is alarming. I called dept of education and they don't know anything about them and they had me change my password and security questions. Sounds like a scam and they are convincing. They won't complete paperwork unless I provide a debit card for first 3 payments.
These persons keep calling me in regards student loan forgiveness but they want to charge me in advance for payments towards my loans. They also call me with a private number and I ask them to stop calling me but they still harassed me with phone calls.
Consumers from Virginia, California, Oregon, Colorado, Indiana, and 4 other states complained about phone number 8778977939 calls or text messages.
