keep getting calls with no message, then when I call back it says "thanks for calling, please wait while one of our agents takes your call." so, it sits there for over45 minutes and i just leave the phone like that, go about my business. Then when it hangs up, i dial again and put it on hold and let it go, love wifi calling.

These annoying scammers call every single day late in the night and they never leave a message. The caller ID simply lists them as a "Survey Call" which is extremely vague. The research I have done reveals that they have been reported to both the FTC and FCC. Other research states that the phone is a robocall, silent call and spoofed number. If you get a call from this number, then block them--they are scammers.
