Onvoy, LLC - Caller ID states Cyn and multiple calls with last two digits changed (949) 818-11##. Does not leave a message. First time I picked up, no one spoke.
These people harass and call non stop under the guise of being contractors that will be in our area… obnoxious rude and relentless..

received a call and voicemail stating "...sorry I missed you ... i would follow up ..." I never talked to anyone at this number.

callers message said they are from Verizon and my account is past due. I switched carriers two months ago. I got the discontinued letter from Verizon and the email saying I owe Nothing. This person is just trying to get personal info and a CC if they are lucky.
